About PriceCal

PriceCal is a Print Commerce System built by a printer, for printers.

Founded by Welson Ang (洪伟胜), PriceCal was born out of a real problem — the pricing bottleneck that every print shop faces. After more than a decade running Expressprint, one of Singapore's largest online print operations, Welson spent over 5,000 hours building a system that automates what used to live in the heads of one or two experienced staff: quoting.

PriceCal combines two integrated parts — a Pricing Engine that dynamically calculates quotes based on material, size, type of print, and quantity, and Printalogue, an online storefront where your customers can view prices, customise orders, and pay — all without picking up the phone.

Today, PriceCal serves 300+ print shops across 15 countries, with an authorised reseller in the Philippines (Gakken) and partnerships with Konica Minolta, HitPay, and Pacdora.

We've won the Best eCommerce Fulfillment Award (2023, Asia eCommerce Awards) and have been featured in Business Times, The Straits Times, MoneyFM 89.3, BFM 89.9, and 30+ media outlets across six countries.

Our mission is simple: make sure no printer loses another customer to silence. If your customer can't see a price, they can't buy. PriceCal makes sure they always can.
